Recently, KLAS released a First Look report on RRS Medical’s release of information (ROI) services. An impartial research firm, KLAS gathers feedback on healthcare solutions from healthcare professionals, analyzes the feedback, and shares its findings. The First Look report on RRS Medical includes multiple insights about our clients’ experiences with our release of information services and our customer service. Below are three key findings from the report.
All of the clients interviewed for KLAS First Look said they were highly satisfied, which is the highest possible level of “overall client satisfaction” in the report (“RRS Medical; Responsive Partner for Release of Information Requests” 2). Additionally,100 percent of respondents said they would buy our ROI services again (“RRS Medical; Responsive Partner for Release of Information Requests” 2).
We attribute these results to our focus on the client experience. Our vision is to provide clients with seamless solutions that enhance their brands. In order to achieve this, we strive to work collaboratively and proactively with clients, anticipate their needs, communicate openly, and integrate a client-first perspective throughout our organization, products, and services.
2. Clients see results.
When entrusting release of information to a partner, it’s critical for healthcare providers to see results quickly to ensure they made the right choice. The report highlighted three key results that clients expected and received:
- Good turnaround times
- Increased security and accuracy
- Increased employee availability (“RRS Medical; Responsive Partner for Release of Information Requests” 2).
In addition, KLAS First Look found that one-third of respondents saw these results immediately after partnering with RRS Medical (“RRS Medical; Responsive Partner for Release of Information Requests” 2).
3. RRS Medical has helpful dashboards and staff.
The last key findings we’d like to highlight are both related to how we help our clients. KLAS First Look found that 100% of client participants in the study noted that our operational dashboards provided helpful productivity and efficiency metrics and insights (“RRS Medical; Responsive Partner for Release of Information Requests” 2).
Additionally, the report gave RRS Medical an “A+” on the quality of our staff and consultants (“RRS Medical; Responsive Partner for Release of Information Requests” 2). In fact, the report identified three key strengths related to the great experience clients have had with RRS Medical:
- Extremely high client satisfaction
- Vendor staff at all levels is engaged and responsive
- Services exceed client expectations (“RRS Medical; Responsive Partner for Release of Information Requests” 3).
